Booking Information
Once you have decided which workshop or service you wish to book, let us know using the contact page, stating your location, preferred workshop(s), participants details and date(s). We will then contact you to discuss your booking further.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the workshop cost is charged. Once your application has been received we will contact you to confirm your booking.
Once your booking is confirmed we will email you a copy of the booking form. You will need to return this along with your cheque deposit. Please do not send any monies until we have contacted you to confirm your booking.
Please note: We cannot guarantee a date until we have received a cheque deposit, booing form and signed contract. In order to keep your requested date (s) please return them as soon as possible

Terms And Conditions
Travel & Subsidence
Travel for all workshops and courses within London is included in the workshop cost, however you may be eligible for congestion charge costs.
Travel outside London is charged at 25p per mile. The journey may be subject to additional toll road charges. On occasion, overnight accommodation may be necessary, this is charged at additional cost - you will be informed of any charges at time of booking.
Payments
Balance of fees to be paid in full 14 days prior to the course start date.
Cancellation
The client may repudiate this contract at any time by giving written notice to the Make-Up Workshops. If a cancellation is made less than 2 weeks prior to the course start date as agreed then an additional payment of 50% of the total cost of the requested course (Including any additions) shall be paid to the Make–Up Artist.
Workshop Timings
Please note that all timings are approximations and may vary slightly.
Allergies
Whilst all care is taken during the course, the Make–Up Artist cannot be held responsible for any allergies that may become evident as a result of using any of the products. The Make–Up Artist should be informed of any existing problems at time of booking and on day of course or workshop. It may be necessary to undertake patch tests in preparation for some workshops. You will be informed of this upon booking.
Skin Diseases and Disorders
Please inform the Make-up Artist of any known Skin Diseases and Disorders at time of booking and on day of course or workshop. In the interests of Health and Hygiene, the Make-up Artist reserves the right to deny individuals the use of the make-up or excluded them from actively participating in the workshop/course should they feel that participating would lead to the risk of cross-contamination or cross-infection. Disorders that would lead to such action includes; Conjunctivitous, Scabies, Impetigo and Cold Sores. Please note; this is not a conclusive list.
Products
Although we provide products and brushes for you to use during the course, we are happy for groups to use their own professional kit if you prefer. We do request that treat the products and brushes we supply in a professional and respectful manner.
Hygiene
In interests of Health and Hygiene, we respectfully ask that the teaching location is clean, tidy and smoke and pet free. We also request that participants are maintain a good standard of personal hygiene.
Participation
All of the workshops and courses involve the application of make-up to the face, neck, arms or hands either by the Make-up Artist or by another member of the group. This is a hands-on course and all participants will be expected to work on one another.
Make Up Artist
Make-up Workshops reserves the right to assign another of our Make-Up Artists to any particular contract at short notice. You will be informed of any change at the earliest opportunity. This will not affect the standard of service you receive.
Photographs
The Make–Up Artist reserves the right to take a photographs during the session and of completed make–ups. These images may be used in a portfolio and/or displayed for self promotional purposes. Please inform us on day of course/workshop if permission is not granted for the images to be used or if there is a member of the group who is, for legal reasons, unable to be included.
